- Establish and coordinate all permit requirements
- Delivery of full construction schedule and critical path calendar
Pre-Construction Phase

- Fully completed drawings and design specifications
- Application for all necessary building permits
- Complete health & safety plan in compliance with Worksafe BC
Construction & Delivery
- Clear, open communication plan established with clients and project team
- Continuous project management and supervision provided from start to finish

- Ensure a spotless site thanks to a consistent cleaning schedule
- Live budget vs. actual cost control
- Live daily log updates, including pictures, through client login personal portal
- Provide a critical deficiency checklist on walkthrough
- Ensure all warranty items are catalogued
